Update an Organization's Billing Information

Step-by-step: How do I view or change my Organization's subscription plan or payment method?

An Organization Owner may update its subscription plan or payment method. Subscription plans and associated features may be found on TaskTrain website pricing page.

  1. Press the Manage Organization gear icon to view the Organization details.
  2. Press the Billing collapsible panel header to toggle it open

  3. Select a Term and Plan from the Plans fieldset.
  4. Enter credit card information in the Payment fieldset inputs.

  5. Press the Update button to save any changes to the subscription plan tier, term, or payment method.
