A Portfolio Member is an Organization Member with a specific Portfolio Access.

Guest
May view Procedures & create Assignments from them.
Associate
Viewer + may view all Assignments of Procedures in the Portfolio.
Lead
Worker + may edit Procedures & update Assignments.
Administrator
Manager + may add/remove Members & update their Roles.
