Creating, viewing, editing, assigning Procedures and managing related Assignments require Access on the relevant Portfolio. A Portfolio Owner may change Member Access or remove members from a Portfolio.
- In the Navigation pane, press the Portfolio to which you'd like to add Members to display its details.

- Press the Access tab header in the detail pane to display the Access panel.
- Select an appropriate permission level for an Account using the menu in the Portfolio Access column.
