Reuse a Resource

Step-by-step instructions: Add existing Resources to a Procedure or Step

While each Procedure or Step has only one "detail" formatted text entry field which is intended to contain explanations or instructions unique to that Procedure or Step, it may have multiple associated Resources, each of which may be shared/reused among different Steps and Procedures within the same Portfolio.

  1. Navigate to the Procedure or to the Procedure Step to which you wish to add existing Resources.​
  2. Press the Guide tab in the detail pane to display the Guide panel, if necessary.

  3. Press the Reuse… button.
  4. Scroll through or search the existing Resources from Procedures/Steps in the same Portfolio on the Add Existing Resource dialog.
  5. Press the Resource you’d like to reuse to select it.

  6. Press the Add button to add the Resource to the Procedure or Step.
