Reset Forgotten Password

Step-by-step instructions: What if I forget my password?

  1. On the Sign In screen, press Forgot password? below the password field.
  2. On the Request Password Reset screen, enter the e-mail address you sign in with and press Send Reset Link.
  3. Follow the link in the e-mail you receive, and enter your new password in Password and Confirm Password.

Resetting your password also revokes every Client you authorized, such as Zapier, Claude, or ChatGPT; connect them again afterward. See Connect Claude or ChatGPT.

If the message doesn't arrive, check your junk or spam folder. A new password must be at least 11 characters long and use at least two of: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and other characters.
