Reorder Resources on a Procedure or Step

Portfolio Administrators and Leads may change the order of a Procedure's or Step's Resources. The Guide of every Assignment or Task made from it shows them in the same order.

1. Select the Procedure, or one of its Steps, and press the Guide tab in the detail pane.
2. Move a Resource in either of these ways:
   • Drag the Resource and drop it before or after another Resource.
   • Press the Resource to select it, then press Ctrl+↑ or Ctrl+↓ (⌘+↑ or ⌘+↓ on a Mac).
