Portfolios Overview

Overview: Portfolios are containers for Procedures
Updated 1 hour ago

Portfolios organize your Procedures and control which members can see and change them. Each Portfolio holds its Procedures, and the Fields, Materials, Tools, and Resources those Procedures share.

The Portfolios panel

Your Organization's Portfolios are listed in the Portfolios panel of the Navigation pane. Its two buttons switch between the Portfolios you can access and all the Portfolios in the Organization. Published Procedures at the top lists the Published Procedures in every Portfolio you can access: your Library.

Portfolio members and access

A Portfolio member is an Organization member with a Portfolio Access level on that Portfolio: Administrator, Lead, Associate, or Guest. Just as Workspace Access controls what a member can do in the Organization, Portfolio Access controls what they can do with the Portfolio's Procedures, Resources, and Assignments. See Portfolio Access.
