A Procedure must be Published before it can be assigned, and its Triggers start Assignments only while it is Published. New Procedures start as Drafts. Revert a Published Procedure to Draft while you make significant changes, so it isn't assigned half-finished. Portfolio Administrators and Leads may change a Procedure's status.
- Select the Procedure and press the Actions tab in the detail pane.
- In the Assignment panel, press Publish to make the Procedure available for assignment, or Revert to Draft to make it unavailable.
Reverting to Draft pauses the Procedure's Scheduled Triggers; publishing it again resumes them. Assignments already started are not affected.
To see only Published, Draft, or Archived Procedures, use the status buttons in the list header. See Filter or Search Procedures.
